Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the mobile application "AppFor2" (hereinafter the "App"), operated by Roca Marina Cas Catala, S.L., Apartado de Correos 103, 07100 Sóller, Illes Balears (Balearic Islands), Spain (hereinafter the "Provider"). By registering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Description of services
The App facilitates contact between users on the basis of profile information and approximate physical proximity (GPS). There is no entitlement to a successful match. The Provider solely provides the technical platform.
3. Eligibility
- (a)Use is permitted exclusively to persons aged 18 or older.
- (b)Only one account is permitted per person. The account is not transferable.
- (c)The information in your profile must be truthful and relate to your own person.
4. User obligations
The following in particular is prohibited:
- (a)posting content that is unlawful, insulting, discriminatory, pornographic, glorifies violence or is harmful to minors;
- (b)harassing, threatening or stalking other users;
- (c)commercial advertising, spam and offering paid services;
- (d)using other people's photos or impersonating another identity (fake profiles);
- (e)automated access, scraping of data or interference with the technical infrastructure.
5. Reporting, blocking and suspension
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. The App automatically filters known hateful, threatening and abusive terms before they are posted. Users can report and block other profiles and content directly in the App. The Provider reviews reports, as a rule within 24 hours; in the event of violations of these Terms and Conditions, it removes the content and, depending on the severity, suspends or deletes the account of the person responsible.
6. Availability
The Provider strives to keep the App available with as little interruption as possible but does not guarantee availability. Maintenance work and technical faults may temporarily limit availability.
7. Liability
- (a)The Provider is liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health.
- (b)In cases of slight negligence, the Provider is liable only for the breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal duties), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
- (c)The Provider is not liable for the behaviour of other users. Meetings with other users take place at your own responsibility. Please observe the usual precautions (first meeting in public places, etc.).
8. Account termination
You can delete your account at any time in the App under "My profile → Delete account permanently". This permanently removes your profile, your photos, connections and chats (details in the Privacy Policy). Suspended accounts are deleted by support on request.
9. Changes to these Terms and Conditions
The Provider may amend these Terms and Conditions with effect for the future to the extent necessary and provided this does not unreasonably disadvantage you. You will be informed in the App about material changes.
10. Final provisions
The law of the Kingdom of Spain applies. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the state in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
